Hatha, Pre & Postnatal Yoga
Amanda’s path to yoga was inspired while traveling and reading B.K.S. Iyengar’s Light on Yoga. Upon discovering the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Amanda was captivated and intrigued to learn more about a philosophical and spiritual based yoga practice. This quest brought her to Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India to become a certified Hatha & Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Each class, she weaves in breath work, affirmations, movement and guided meditation to help you grow a deeper connection to yourself.
Prepare for your birth physically, emotionally, and mentally with a private prenatal yoga session. We will integrate strengthening and stretching, bringing balance into your body and mind to prepare for birth. By connecting with the breath and your baby, you will learn how to better cope with labor pain and how to stay present during challenging encounters. We will also explore different mantras and positive affirmations that you can utilize during labor.
Virtual On-Line
60 minute virtual session via Zoom – $33
Students will have access to record the session to replay later.
In Person
75 minute in person session – $55
Experience personalized prenatal yoga in a 75-minute private session in the privacy of your home. Connect with your body, breath, and soul in a nurturing environment.
At the end of the day your feet should be dirty, your hair messy, and your eyes sparkling.
